Hey Adventurers,

2010 was a great success at adventureswithben.com. Thanks to many of you, I accomplished all of my 2010 New Year’s Resolutions. I think this may be a first. I’ve spent the better part of December building a growth strategy for adventures with ben LLC. If reading about my travel blog resolutions interests you, great! Otherwise, you can read about my disgusting adventure stomping grapes.

Content

• Build a more robust Travel Guides section
• Write and publish my first travel e-book
• Feature regular, Guest Posts
• And of course continue to regularly post stories about making traveling fun

Traffic

• I’d like to increase traffic by 50%
• Quadruple my e-mail subscription rate (you can help by subscribing here)
• Decrease my bounce rate by 10%

The Online Travel Store

• Increase sales by 200%
• Add 3 new travel products

Networking

• Build a sustainment plan for the Central FL TBEX Chapter
• Build brand awareness of adventureswithben.com into non-travel communities
• Be published or quoted in an online or print travel article

Live & In-Person

• Present “9 1/2 Ways to Ignite Adventure in Your Life” two more times in a public venue

Travel Plans

There’s lots of travel in store for 2011. Here’s a mix of what’s already booked and a few wishes from my adventure list.

• Take a trip on the new Disney Dream
• Attend Sydney Mardi Gras
• Attend TBEX 2011 in Vancouver
• Celebrate my 30th Birthday doing something special
• Finally make it to Weeki Wachee Springs
• Ring in 2012 in Times Square, New York

Wow that’s aggressive. In the midst of all of that, I’d like to figure out how to balance all this work with family, friends and my full-time job.

I’ll be sure to keep you updated on my progress. I’m still amazed at how far this blog has come in 15 months. It just keeps getting better.
