Hey Adventurers,
You may have noticed things have been quiet here at adventureswithben.com. I’m in the early stages of taking a digital vacation. In fact, for the next three weeks I’ll be taking a break from blogging, tweeting, facebooking and other things social media. Gasp! I’ll return in March.
Three weeks is a long time to separate oneself from the internet, and I’m not sure how easy it will be. But like all things, a break is healthy. From time to time, we could all use a vacation from the endless chatter of social media and focus on what’s important in our lives – our friends and family. I’m taking a break from this blog for the same reasons we all take a vacation from our full time jobs. To have fun!
Have no fear, adventures with ben will be back in full force later this spring with more fun travel tips and adventures from around the world. As always I appreciate your loyalty, readership, comments and spirit.
And if you have any advice on managing the separation anxiety I’m having from saying farewell (temporarily) from social media, leave a comment.
I’ll see you out there…!

Have fun. We have implemented “dark” periods – internet and computer free – hours every day. It is a nice way to reset and not get to caught up in the techno-circus.
