Hey Explorers,

You thought we were done didn’t you? Well there’s always a few more tricks up our sleeves! In the last 26 posts we covered virtually every place we went to in Pattaya. But that’s not all. There’s always something else for you to see and do on a return visit. It’s no wonder so many visitors are repeat visitors. Here’s what else we saw, but just didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy…

Jomtien Beach

Located just South of Pattaya - on the other side of the hill. It’s one of the more popular spots to unwind.

Hard Rock Cafe

Yes they have one of these here too. You can pay to use the pool – which is probably worth whatever they were charging. It’s amazing. Have yourself a burger in the restaurant and admire Britney Spears Leopard Pants!

Walking Street

Yep, this is the place to go to find trouble. We remained on our best behavior, but if you’re curious, there’s plenty to keep your attention.

Pattaya Park

Water slides, an observation tower and amusement rides make up this family-centered place.

Birds and the Bees Hotel

Just like it’s name implies this hotel is a bit quirky, but worth a pit stop. It’s known the world over for decorating with, are you ready… condoms. Despite it’s theme, it’s not a dirty hotel.

And then there’s everything else. More restaurants, hotels, attractions that we just couldn’t list. The Bottle  Museum, Million Years Stone Park, and Wat Yansangwararam were the only official places we missed. You can scuba dive, snorkel, parasail, interact with elephants and catch the latest films at the movie theater. If you want to plan your own trip to Pattaya. Visit the Tourism Authority of Thailand’s homepage for Pattaya here. It will give you a good starting point – but why not ask us first icon wink But Wait, Theres More!

Our trip stipend was $900 total for the 2 of us. Our hotels and some meals were paid for. If you wanted to do this trip on your own, our best guess would put the price around $1500 for hotel, food and entertainment for 2 people total. We took out the shopping money and added in the meals and hotel (add your own airfare and car rental). That’s an excellent price for 6 days of activity and for ALL the things we did. We’d recommend taking it a bit slower and not see everything on one visit. Otherwise you’ll need a vacation from this vacation. But hey, we hear that Thailand has other great places to relax!
