Traveling to South Africa

Hey Adventurers,

I’ve arrived safely in South Africa and am getting comfortable at the City Lodge Fourways. I’ll be here for the next 4 days and then I’m off to my next mystery destination. Want to know where it is? I couldn’t tell you, I’m not sure myself.

The flight from Atlanta to Johannesburg was about 14 hours. It’s a long flight, no doubt. Fortunately, as many of you know, work pays for business class travel. Here’s a breakdown of what I did…

• 0:00 – 0:30 Read Business Week issues dating back since October (I’m a bit behind)
• 0:30 – 1:30 Ate Dinner watching Michael Jackon’s This Is It documentary. Great film.
• 1:30 – 2:00 Watched The Family Guy and played games on my iphone
• 2:00 – 10:30 Slept
• 10:30 – 12:30 Watched Adventures of Priscilla Queen of the Dessert
• 12:30 – 13:15 Played iphone games, ate breakfast and read Business Week (November issues)
• 13:15 – 13:30 Prepared for an early arrival and Touchdown!

Sunday is a day of rest. I’ll be catching up with a good friend for lunch. Then Monday starts work.

The country is getting ready for World Cup, which starts in June. Soccer Fever! I’m off to try to get some rest.
